Four products, two companies, one data line. Thales runs operations and Panel measures marketing; CRM carries the lead and Stüdyo carries production.
A product carries each step from ad to measurement; the data between the steps is the same.
An ERP that behaves identically in the cloud and on-premises, is designed for Turkish regulation, and allows customisation that survives upgrades.
A marketing measurement and decision panel that unifies ads, analytics, e-commerce and WhatsApp data and shows true cost.
A light CRM that keeps B2B dealers and B2C customers in one place, brings WhatsApp into the inbox and links orders to the pipeline.
A desktop AI studio that takes a brief to finished assets with human approval at every step and no API key.
Panel, CRM and Stüdyo have their full pages on Miletus ADS. Here we only explain where each sits on the data line.
Ad platforms, analytics, e-commerce and WhatsApp each count the same customer differently. Panel brings these sources into one table and shows each channel's cost including platform fees and tax.
The decision screen is never separate from the measurement: which spend ties to which outcome is read in the same place. Panel is a Miletus ADS product; the data engineering behind it comes from us.
B2B dealers and B2C customers sit in the same record. WhatsApp conversations land in the inbox and each one is tied to a pipeline step.
Thales's Sales and CRM module is the heavy module that talks to accounting and inventory; Miletus CRM is the light layer on the marketing and WhatsApp side. When an order is created, the record moves to Thales.
Stüdyo splits a brief into steps; no step's output moves on until a person approves it. It runs on the desktop and needs no API key.
Today it is used in-house; whether it opens up is decided in the second phase. The process agents in our enterprise AI work are built on the same approval logic.
