We measure
Where the loss is, which bottleneck, which job pays: we see it from data.
There are two tiers. The diagnostic call is free: a short, fixed-frame conversation, a site walk if needed, then one written page — where to start, what not to do, what your data allows. The fixed-scope diagnostic is optional and paid: 2–3 weeks of site visit, data inventory, measurement plan, prioritised roadmap and a build proposal; it is independent of the build. Saying “this is not worth doing” is part of the diagnostic when it is true.

We build
On top of what works; or the system itself when there is none.
One job, end to end, in production — not a pilot that stays in the sandbox. If you have a working setup, we build on it; we rebuild a system only when it is genuinely broken. The arithmetic runs in a deterministic engine; the AI handles judgement.

Accuracy gate, regression and monitoring: we prove it works.
Accuracy gate, regression suite, model monitoring and audit trail ship with the solution — not an add-on sold later. Output below the threshold never reaches the user; every answer cites its source, and no answer is produced without one.
