FIELD

Seeing what happened in the field the same day, with its record

Moving field work from paper to phone.

On instinct

Whether a job got done is settled with a phone call. The form stays on paper and reaches the office days later. “I think someone went to that address” is treated as enough to decide on.

On measurement

The work order opens on a phone and closes with a photo and a signature. Who closed it, where and when stays on record. The number of open and closed jobs is visible during the day.

A typical first buildÖrnek · Sentetik

An illustrative first build: a field team's paper form is moved onto a phone screen. Opening a work order records location and time; closing it records a photo and a signature. With no connection the entry waits on the phone and syncs to the office by itself once signal returns. On the office side, open work orders gather into a single list.

What data we start from
  • Work-order types and their steps

  • Field team and permission list

  • List of visited sites and addresses

  • Samples of the paper forms in use today
